Looking at Dogpile search data

I took a quick look at this journal article (PDF) analyzing Dogpile data (via SEL)

Some quick thoughts

- I don’t think no clicks would be this high if you looked at other engines.

- The ratio of transactional (monetizable) clicks matches data that I’ve worked with

- Sponsored links do get good click throughs, but I think marketers know this already– at least the good ones.
