Opera Separates Browser and Ad Businesses (Phone Scoop)

Opera Software today announced the launch of Opera Mediaworks, a wholly-owned subsidiary that will consolidate Opera’s mobile advertising entities. Mediaworks houses AdMarvel and Ad Exchange, as well as Mobile Theory and 4th Screen Advertising, two advertising firms it acquired last year. Mediaworks is the new home for the Opera Mobile Store and Opera Payment Exchange, too.
