Facebook and personally identifiable reporting for advertising clients

Facebook, which has more than 800 million users worldwide, in some cases had allowed advertisers to glean personally identifiable information when a Facebook user clicked on an advertisement on his or her Facebook page.

Think about all the other registration sites that can provide this level of client reporting for ads on their properties.  I wonder what percentage of them provide personally identifable reporting for their ad clients.  Of those, I wonder what percentage are rethinking things after this Facebook settlement.
